Extremely disappointing – terrible value for money The photos of the room are completely misleading and do not reflect reality at all. The room looks cheap, shabby and nothing like what is advertised. I have never paid so much money for such a poor-quality room. At €170 per night, this feels like a complete rip-off, and Booking.com should not allow properties to advertise themselves in such a misleading way. Breakfast was also advertised as included. For €170 per night, you would reasonably expect a decent breakfast buffet, but instead, I was offered wrapped muffins and jam. Absolutely ridiculous and nowhere near what you would expect at this price point. To make matters worse, I happened to come across Google reviews while looking up directions to the property, and found several guests who had posted photos and reported bed bugs. This was extremely concerning. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Do yourself a favour and choose another hotel. The worst value for money I have ever experienced.

A DISGRACEFUL EXPERIENCE — DO NOT RECOMMEND! This was, without a doubt, one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. The room was dirty, the television was not working, and the overall standard of cleanliness was completely unacceptable. To make matters even worse, we found an already-opened carton of milk inside the refrigerator. The breakfast arrangements were equally appalling: an opened carton of milk had been left in the fridge, and expired yoghurt was provided. Serving out-of-date food and leaving opened products for guests is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the establishment’s hygiene standards and food safety practices. Basic cleanliness, functioning equipment, and safe, fresh food are not luxuries — they are the absolute minimum any guest should expect when paying for accommodation with breakfast included. The entire experience fell far below our expectations and demonstrated a shocking lack of care, professionalism, and respect for guests. We paid for a comfortable stay with breakfast included, but even the most basic standards were not met. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to think twice before booking. Save your money and avoid the disappointment. Guests deserve much better than dirty rooms, broken equipment, and food that is past its expiry date. Absolutely unacceptable.
